Therapy services and rates include: ​

• Initial Therapy Intake $150 (55-60 minutes)

• Therapy Session  $150 (55-60 minutes)

• Group Therapy Session $50 (60 minutes)

• EMDR Intensive $600 (Half Day)

• EMDR Intensive  $1200 (Per Full Day)

• EMDR Consultation $125 (60 minute consultation)

• EMDR Group Consultation $65 (60 minute consultation)

• Other services as requested including document/form creation, giving presentations and attending meetings $150 (per 60 minutes)

Taylor Esworthy, PLMFT is considered out of network with insurance at this time. If you would like to schedule with Taylor, we can give you a superbill after each session that can be turned into your insurance company for possible reimbursement. She also can receive HSA/FSA cards as payment. Please reach out here if you have any questions about billing or insurance.
